Pre-Retreat Assessment
Before arriving, you’ll receive a complimentary psychological pre-assessment to ensure your retreat is tailored perfectly to your goals. Whether you’re attending as an individual, couple, or group, our professionals will craft a personalised itinerary to help you leave with a refreshed perspective on life.

Day 1
The retreat begins with morning breathwork and meditation sessions to set a positive tone for the day, followed by a healthy breakfast prepared by our private chef. Afterwards, you’ll have personal or couples therapy with goal-setting sessions to outline your retreat objectives, which may include psychological therapy, fitness or weight loss, couples therapy, or luxury-focused relaxation. The day concludes with group therapy and a delicious dinner.

Day 2
Morning sessions of yoga, breathwork, or mindfulness are followed by group therapy and holistic treatments such as Reiki or sound baths. The evening includes an individual therapy check-in, followed by a relaxing massage or beauty treatment.

Day 3
Mornings focus on bespoke individual therapy or mindfulness sessions. You’ll have the option of an excursion or a visit to the local town, with therapy available should you wish to continue your personal work. The evening includes group therapy for reflection and growth.

Day 4
A final morning therapy session reviews your progress, followed by a luxury yacht trip to the island of Día. Onboard, you’ll engage in self-love practices, enjoy a meal, and end the day with a sound bath and sunset cruise. The evening concludes with a celebration and time for personal reflection.

Day 5
On the final day, you’ll check out, say your farewells, and plan future steps. We’ll arrange two complimentary remote therapy sessions to continue supporting your journey towards wellness from home.
